After turning 40, I was frustrated that although I was fairly healthy, I was not very happy with how I looked or felt. In March 2015, I decided to revamp my fitness and nutrition strategy to see if I could finally develop the physique I have been longing for. I was tremendously successful. Over the course of 15 months, I dropped 17% body fat and increased my lean body mass. I was so proud of my success that I decided to step on stage as a bodybuilder in the women’s figure class. I was victorious. I earned my pro card and am now a professional figure competitor in the United States Bodybuilding Federation (USBF) and American Natural Bodybuilding Federation (ANBF).
As a Soldier in the United States Army, I have always been conscious of the importance of maintaining physical fitness and body composition standards. As a Master Fitness Trainer for the Army, I instruct Soldiers on proper physical fitness and assist Soldiers with meeting the standards required by the Army. As a woman in her 40s, I struggled with finding the right combination of nutrition and exercise that would help me reach the goals I had for my figure and appearance. I finally figured it out and love how I look and feel.
I am so happy with my new look that I want to share what I have learned with others. I am very passionate about health and fitness and would love the opportunity to help you reach your goals.
